Blue with shredder gene?

Is it possible for a blue chicken to have the shredder gene? I got this hen last summer and her hackles, saddles, and breast feathers all seem to be shredded. I thought it was damage but after a very heavy molt last fall, the feathers are showing shredding again that seems to get progressively worse. It's not feather picking or damage from a rooster. I've seen both and it looks nothing like that. I don't know anything about the hen other than she is hatchery stock and a couple years old.
