Bluebell hen?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what cross makes the Bluebell Hybrid? I thought it was a Blue Copper Maran over a RIR but I don't know for sure.

Blue Copper Marans and RIRs were used in the development of the Bluebell, but it's not as simple as just crossing those two breeds in a straight cross as re-crosses and other breeds came into play as well when Meadowsweet Poultry developed them.
