Bluetooth Door

We purchased the Run-Chicken solar door off of amazon. It utilizes an app that runs on bluetooth for programming, manually opening/closing. The issue with the bluetooth is you have to be really close for it to work. Ideally I'd love to be able to use it from our house. Does anyone have any experience using with extending the range of a bluetooth devise?

With our Blink camera systems, putting in a new coop further from the house we ran into issues.

We bought this and found out we didn't need it in the end, but I think something on this order would work. It's on 33% off now too.
