BluKote in chicken eye

My hen has a pecking wound on her head near her eye. It has progressively gotten worse and is now raw and looks like it’s going to bleed soon. I went to tractor supply and they recommended blu kote to prevent further pecking. I applied it last night but got some in her eye. Her eye lid is now blue. I tried to wipe it away with wet paper towel but it’s still blue. Will she be ok?

She should be fine! Blukote is just hard to get off, so I wouldn't worry about it.
