BO hen and roo or both hens?

Was wondering if i have a roo here??? They will be 4 weeks next week, and i am noticing a bit of a dif between them???

the bottom one also has a touch of feathers down the legs...

4 wks? I am going to say pullets. My 4 wk cockerels are much redder and much more pronounced than these

pretty early yet, but I am going with pullets. Feathers all the way down the legs? Could be a cochin??
