BO No Tail Feathers, Small Wings

Hi!! We just got chickens last Friday. We think they are 8 day’s old, originally we were told 2 weeks but I think my mom misunderstood and they were actually 2 days old.

We have 1 white leghorn, 1 barred rock, 1 buff Orpington. The first 2 are growing beautifully but the BO has very small wings and no booty Feathers yet. Is this normal for their breed?
She also is the only one that tries to still sleep under the other 2 and wants to be held all the time! Which we try not to do

In Orpingtons the males sometimes feather out slower, so it's possible it's a male. Another option is it could have something wrong with it and it will fail to thrive. It also could just be slower to feather and grow. Time will tell.
