We got these girls about a month ago from the local feed store; they were already pretty well feathered out. They were in a mixed bin of BO and New Hampshires. We were told that the lighter colored pullets in there were the NH. We selected 2 of the lightest and went home assuming they were NH. After looking at everyones BO pics it seems the feed store was mistaken, but in all fairness we have not been able to find any juvenile pics of any New Hampshires - only chick and adult pics. Does anyone have a juvi pic of a New Hampshire to share. All of the adult pics of NH seem WAY too dark to be our girls. The buff orpingtons really seems to fit them perfectly. Here is a pic of our BO or NH girls:

Look like BO's to me. White or pinkish legs? That's what BO have.

I have both BO and NHR. I was confused when they were little too but at the age of yours I could definately tell them apart.

Yours are BOs.

Yup their legs are pinkish in natural lighing. I was 99% sure of Bo before I posted but I am a chicken newbie so I figured I would ask the eggsperts to be sure. THANKS!!
