BO question

I have 3 roos that are supposed to be BO from MM. They are nearly white with a few light red feathers/speckling on their wings. They have light colored legs.
Are they just poor quality BOs?

Wish I could help. My BO pullets from MM are like the breed standard. Buff with white legs. No red feathers or speckles. If you post a picture it might help identify them.
