Funny/clever ( I liked it - "snork!"), and pretty much set the tone - from there it was a rocket ride.
These are adults, with all their folly and foible. Thats the beauty, man that's the beauty.

As for Bob Plamondon, he's like anybody else. He has a lot of good to say and a lot of what some might be inclined to cherry pick - and pick apart.
You need only take him and his experience as a whole, though, and you will see much value in it.
Embrace the Plamondon.
