Hello, can anyone tell me what’s going on with my chicken’s head in the video: Goldie Hen? She’s about a year and a half old, free-ranges with the other chickens just fine; I don’t notice anything else wrong with her. This has been going on for about a week now.

That is a bit odd.
I'd take a look inside her ears for anything funky.
Could be a neurological issue....any chance she's been into something toxic like automotive or other noxious fluids?

Checked her ears; I don’t see anything unusual. I agree, it seems neurological.
