Bobtail Cochins and regular bantam cochins

I have 3 bobtail Cochins and a lot of regular bantam Cochin chicks. How do you sex this breed? Can you feather sex them?

I'm not sure what you mean by Bobtail/regular. Bobtail is a color. Regular means?...

You can't feather sex cochins. You will need to post photos when they are around 6 weeks old. By then, any cockerels should be apparent by the color and size of their combs and wattles.
