Last month I went and got four 8 weeks old Butler Bobwhite from a guy 3 hours from me. I had been keeping it in a small dog cage for like a month and planing on building a bigger coop. I notice they're too wild for me to keep. I can't even go near them without they try to fly out inside the cage. So, I decided to give them away to a good home. I catch them to put in a box so that person can come and pick it up. 1 female escapes and fly away. I give the rest to that person for a good home. Now my questions are: Will it survive in the big city because that's where I'm located. There are not body of water near me. It doesn't have strong wing muscle like it should. How are its chance of survive in the big city?

Real Good!! Its wings are probably stronger than you think and if it rains in your town it will find water.
