Hello I have had bobwhite quail for awhile now but recently I’ve had some premature birds start acting like they have a broke back any reason why this happening?

Probably due to them being premature. When do they show signs of trouble? At birth? A week later?

No it happens when they can fly around the room. But it like when the get up to walk they can get up right yes some have bad legs but most of them is like the can move or operate there back end
