You need to get an independent hygrometer and thermometer and calibrated both before your next hatch.
60% humidity for the 1st 20 days is way to high. Should be in the range of 45 -50% , 60 -65% is fine for the last 3 days of incubation.
I prefer to set my humidity at 43% humidity and 100°F temp, I have excellent hatches.
Another consideration is your location, and the location of your incubator. You need to know what the ambient humidity is, so you can more accurately control the % humidity in the incubator.
