Currently, the only quail I have are coturnix. Mine have been handled and exposed to us a lot since they were babies/newly hatched, so they are pretty laid back. I can go in there and they'll walk on my feet, and I can pick them up with ease. But of course those males are quite cocky. I know Bobwhites stay in coveys....so I was wondering if the two would mix? Between the pecking order the coturnix would want to start up, and the tight-knit group the bobs will make...I'm guessing it'll be rough at first, right? My teacher hatched out some Bobs yesterday and I'll more than likely be taking some home, so they should be a lot more tame than if I were to bring in a group of adults.

Well, I guess I'll set up another pen if I do end up with some, thanks!
