Boiled eggs a success

so I have been putting off cooking hard boiled eggs (my sons love them). We finally have enough that we have extra to boil. I have heard that fresh eggs are the worst next to impossible to pill
I finally tried it after looking into the best method
Put eggs into boiling water for 15 min, removed from water put on ice then filled with cold water, let sit for a bit then removed. Waited for them to be complete cooled and pilled worked like a charm was even easier then some store bought eggs

I use a smidgen of vinegar with super fresh eggs when HB-ing.
