Boiled Quail Eggs

Silentrunnings: Yup, they are a hoot, that is when they aren't trying to kill each other (again my fault when it comes down to it...). My problem is I'm likely to eat any potential profit makers LOL. Tasty little buggers aren't they. I wanna take a bunch of deviled quail eggs to a party sometime.

I usually put the eggs in a pot, cover with warm water, and put it on the stove to boil. The minute it gets to a rolling boil, I turn it off, and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes. Then I pour out the water, rinse with cold water, and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. They seem to peel really well.
