Booder box

I found something that works great for a brooder box. It is easy to sterlize and store and its leak proof (when the waterer leaks). Its a whelping box made for dogs. I also raise standard poodle. I was cleaning the box to break it down and put it away and thought that would be a nice spacious area for the babies. I put newspaper down and then put 1/4 inch hardware cloth over that for traction. I also put a pile of pine shavings in the corner so the babies can get off the wire sometime. The box is 40"x40"x20" tall.

that's awesome, for yelpinq puppies, never heard of such a contraption before

I found mine on CraigsList for $50...the can be expensive to buy new.
