"Book of Bantams"

At a recent show, a fellow showed me his book " book of Bantams" He had the 5th edtion, and in it there was a section on line-breeding that had a chart that was called "Line-breeding - starting a new strain of Bantams". I came home and ordered the book by the same tittle but the chart and linebreeding explanation isn't in it. Does anyone have that book? or know where I can find that information?
