Thanks for your help. I did come across the same webpage and sent an email.......all is invalid now. It is very rare to find copies other than in the libraries of large cities. And that doesn't help me! Thanks again

Sorry it wasn't more help. You could also post WANTED notices in any free papers you know of like Craig's List and even on Ebay and Amazon they have somewhere to put what you're looking for so if someone comes across it, they can email you.
