Solved Bookmark Feature Problems

When I click on Insert bookmark and new screen of my bookmarks pops up, I then click on the bookark I want to insert BUT there is no actually INSERT button?? I scroll up and down but there is still not a way to actually insert it once I have selected it.

Once you've selected the chosen bookmark, there should be an option to insert the link to the bookmark or the content itself.

NO....These options are NOT showing up for me!

Then Click search:

Then I have this screen to select which one I want to insert:

Once I actually select ONE:
