Books about Chicken Behavior

Does anybody know any good books about chicken behavior? I've been to some bookstores and all they have is books like "How to Raise Chickens." But I want to know how and why they think and act. Any info would be appreciated.

Chicken behavior is of particular interest to me as well. The books from bookstore are reasonable start but you may find it appropriate to look for publications on red jungle fowl. Some of that is in English and does provide insight into some of what chickens do.
