Booted bantam or something else?

This little one was in the bantam bin. I have two Millie Fleur D'Uccles that are around 12 weeks and originally thought this was another one. But this one seems to be so much lighter than the other two were. Could it still be the same.. maybe just lighter or something completely different maybe? Doesn’t matter either way just curious as to what we may have received

It's a hatchery quality millie fleur D'Uccle. They vary in depth of color and sometimes they are missing the beard.
