Bored chickens ?

Thanks, Can I put in a mirror ? A homeade chicken toy ? Thy peck becouse there is nothing better to do

There is one TOP HEN who is mean and pecks everybody , How do I take her down a few notch's ? Also I have 17 chickens
10 of them peck the other 7 and there is 2 very low hens who have bare backs , I also have 2 rooster's who like to mate
Anymore advice would be great,

Let's start with space and flock dynamic.

How much space in the coop (feet by feet) and run (feet by feet)?
How old are all the chickens and how long have they lived together?

The chicken are 2 years old and have been raised from chicks , I will check on the space
