born all crooked and twisted

Hi, I have a chick who was born this morning and after leaving it in the incubator all day, she still isnt looking any better. She was born with a neck she couldn't straighten and a left foot that looked twisted. Her right eye was struggling to open. After a few hours, it is apparent that her neck is twisted and she is stuck turned to the left. Her left foot is pretty much backwards with the knee looking quite deformed. Her beak also does not look aligned. What should I do - see how she gets on or end her life now to end any suffering?
