My Eater Egger pullet that I am told was born in March is still not laying. Is this weird? I've attached some photos of my flock. The EE is probably easy to spot but just in case, she is the light brown/ gold colored bird. It's difficult to tell from the photos but she is HUGE in comparison to the other birds. I've read that EE can take up to 20 weeks to start laying but I'm pretty sure my girl Dixie here has blown past that milestone. Should I be worried?

I have a couple different breeds one hen started at 20 weeks , the other ones started between week 21 and week 24 and one didn't start until she was 6 months old (she was severely injured though at about 4.5 months though. Some birds won't star laying for 8 months I heard:hmm
