Born without the stomach

Just hatching without stomach I know if he can live or will died

I strongly doubt they can survive. I know (not the same) that this sometimes happens to piglets and generally what's done is carefully pushing them back inside the body, however, they don't usually survive because of infection. I can imagine it would be even harder to get them back inside for something as tiny as a chick...

Well, usually it involves a hernia that ruptures for some reason or other. In piglets, it usually happens during castration, because theirs is more surgical than other farm animals.

ETA: Here I'm guessing it's an umbilical hernia. They look like they came out the navel.

They is incubator the 13 eggs is born 13 all is looks very good just he is born like that

It's just an unfortunate tragedy. There was likely a defect where their umbilical cord connected and instead of falling off the cord ruptured the hernia and the intestines came out. :(
 
I'm sorry. I agree with Gina though. It does not look good. I'm going to say you should just cull it, it can't live that way, and you're not going to be able to push those back in and get them to stay. I'm really sorry. It happens, unfortunately.
