BOSS By The handful....

Ok, i need to nail down an acceptable amount of BOSS to give my girls for a treat every day. I have read that most just toss a handful here and there etc. Question is i have 13 RIR's so would that be 13 hand fulls? Ok ok I know better than that but seriously, is there a break down somewhere of just how much is about right to feed per bird? Thanks for any insight.

I actually do feed mine a handful apiece on any day I don't give them some other treat! They go crazy for it, and it disappears so quickly! I am growing Romaine lettuce now in my garden because it costs so much at the grocery store. They fight over it and often pinch my fingers in their haste to make sure they all get their fair share! Most of mine turn their noses up at grass because they expect Romaine for their greens.
