Boss' new vacation policy

My DH would gladly enjoy the chance to take a 5 day vacation when he wanted to.

What he managed to miss in one year....

The birth of his soon to be 8 y/o DS.
Thanksgiving.
Christmas.
New Years Eve.
Easter.

Not as in busy at work, as in his work had him in another country and he had no chance to be home.

None of us complained about that once he got home.

We were just thankful he CAME home. Enough people haven't.

That is what they told him. He can not come in during his scheduled vaca time to work one day
