Bottle calf ELMER Pic on last post

pro bias is a bacteria found within the animals digestive tract to help it digest food. We only use it if we have given them an antibiotic.
It is not an inmune agent.

Never had trouble with our de-horning paste. Since we use it right at birth they sleep through a good portion of it.

The testicles should have dropped at birth. Every once in awhile you get a "stag" or one nut bull calf, only one drops. If it has not dropped by 3 months then call in the vet if you want it removed or when you sell him let them know at the sale barn he is a stag.

And HERE'S ELMER!!!

I think he rates as small, when he get stubborn I carry him. 3 meals a day it is. I picked up injectible b12 incase he keeps on being slow to perk up. I bought the medicated calf starter. So I'll half and half it this afternoon and this evening and switch him to full starter tomorrow.

I think he's sort of boootiful myself. Feedings are going faster and he's beginning to accept that I'm it. He has a tummy spot and a spot below his ear that he likes rubbed. His eyes close. My they have long lashes.
