Bottom of hatcher wet - is this ok?

The cheesecloth on the bottom of my hatcher tray is damp. So, the eggs and hatched chicks that are still in the incubator are on a damp cloth. Is this harmful to them?

as long as its not sticking to them or its cold or anything i dont think it matters. besides, they might like it as a bed
