They’re both in identical 36" x 18" x 16" enclosures, and can partially see each other. The one that’s being treated has been just lethargic in her cage whereas outside she kinda follows what her sister is doing.
She started breathing very lightly around 6am this morning as well as being very lethargic, and passed peacefully next to her sister around 8:45am. We hope she enjoyed her time with us, and we tried to spoil her the best we could (As well as try to treat whatever may have been wrong). Thank you for all the help.
We have 2 female pekins outside that have always treated her like their own little duckling (we introduced them as soon as we got both of them), so she's out with them during the day (supervised), and in her enclosure during the night just until she is a little bit bigger to fend from the possible chicken drama.Aww I am so sorry Justin. You did all you could and letting her be with her sister was so much better than passing alone.
Yes you made her life special while you had her.
