botulism ... is it contagious?

There are a number of ailments with symptoms similar to botulism. From the photo you posted, I do not think botulism. Nutritional deficiency, mycotoxins or head trauma are possibilities.

Botulism presents first with leg paralysis--by the time the paralysis has reached the head treatment is probably futile. Since your birds are standing, botulism doesn't fit.

that sounds about right,they walk around with the neck hanging like that,and you said that botulism starts with leg paralisis
so mayby they just need some vitamins,couse i know there is no head trauma,i,m going to start their vitamins tomorrow,any kind that u guys recomend???? and thank you again..
