Yesterday I bought a chick being bullied at tsc. I have separated the chick from the other 3 I bought. They pecked the feathers off an area on the back and a spot on both sides of its neck. No blood or open flesh wounds, but I applied neosporin (without pain reliever). We also added vitamins to its water? Any other suggestions on treating and later integration into the flock?

I would keep them separate with a screen...and give the only chick a mirror...

Some times you can also get younger chicks to put in with the bullied chick so she will not be lonely then you can mix everyone back in. Above behind the screen and below with new-diff friends, (the black chick to the left was a weak late hatch chick with bald spots from shell stuck to the fuzz.)

I hadn’t thought of the mirror, but it is separated from the others in areas where they can see each other. Thank you for suggestion!
