Silkie Chick Mites?

Hey, I bought a pair of silkies from someone on facebook and after coming home and inspecting them I noticed one chick had a wound on its back neck and quite a few yellowish tiny bugs within its feathers and the other chick also had a couple of the yellowish bugs. Now I’m worried to introduce them to my existing flock should I give them away or what can I do, as of now I’m quarantining them. I’ve attached an image of the wound.

Quarantine for a month. If you can get a closeup that would be good. It may be lice, since I think I see one. What is your location? Can you get permethrin garden dust (Prozap and Gardstar are brands in feed stores?) It cannbe put inside a sock and dusted on the chicken’s body. Or get permethrin ready to use spray for them.Treat them now and again 10 days later, and then inspect again in 10 days to possibly treat again if you see more lice. I would use some saline and neosporin to treat the wound, maybe after you treat the lice. Here is a good link to look at pictures of lice and mites:
