Bought a Tom for my lonely female. Is he too big to mate?

Just bought a Tom from a livestock auction. Anyone know what breed he is? His belly is bare. No feathers. Maybe due to his size and almost rubbing the ground. My female is a Royal Palm. Wanting to incubate some eggs. Will they breed?

It is a Bronze tom. I can't tell from the picture if he is a broad breasted bronze or a heritage bronze. Weigh him and you will find out which he is. If he is substantially over 30 lbs. like 40 lbs. or even bigger, then he is likely a broad breasted variety and will not do very well in trying to breed your Royal Palm hen.
