Bought an assorted bantam 🤷‍♂️What can it be ?

I recently bought some assorted bantams and there is this one in particular that I can’t really figure out what it can be, I think it’s a little Roo because of the lack of feathers growing in but all my other chicks are almost fully feathered. He clearly stands out from the rest. Any Guesses ?

Does the bird in question have a single or a pea comb? I would vote Dark Brahma as well, but if it is a single comb, it's most certainly a Cochin, which would explain the atypical down pattern for a Dark Brahma.

It’s a pea comb that he has , think it’s a little male.
