Bought as English Orpington pullets...

They are both males. the first one is a orpington the second one isn't a orpington it doesn't have a single comb.

I would ask for my money back if I was you. Both are cockerels. #1 does not have the right coloring for crele, and the second one has a rose comb, which is not correct for Orpingtons. It's terrible that the breeder would be so unscrupulous.

Agree with gender and breed identifications.
How old were they at purchase? Did you ask what sexing method seller used (hint, always ask when buying from private seller.....many use methods that are nothing more than old wives tales or are not applicable to the breed they are 'sexing')
