Solved Bought more PFM but it's not showing up?

I purchased some more PFM yesterday morning, got the PayPal receipt, but it's not actually showing up anywhere - I still see ads, and there's no PFM badge under my name. I've been renewing my PFM for years and never had this happen before... Is there a known issue? Why is it not taking effect? It's been a day and a half now...

Please check your email, including the spam folder. I had several orders for PFMs in which the purchaser failed to put their username in the comments as requested and the email address provided wasn’t connected to an account here on the forum. Please reply to the email sent to get your membership going.

Oh... where was I supposed to put my username? It took me straight to PayPal and I didn't see a comment section or a prompt. I did, however, forget to check my spam folder and I see the email now. Thanks!
