Hi, so 19 years ago we had chickens but my husband did all the work, I only collected eggs lol. However; to my defense; I was still raising the 2-legged variety of children and busy being everyone’s maid
….
So, now that those days are over; I now have a few animals that I regularly take care of/my new babies…. 5 dogs, 1 cat, a bearded dragon and now my 6 “girls”!
I have three Silver Laced Wyandottes and three Easter Eggers. I’ve had them for just over five weeks now and was told they were about one week old when I purchased them. I’ve come to LOVE these babies very quickly and have always desired the very best we could afford for all of them; whether that was the 2-legged or the 4-legged variety of babies, lol. And my “girls” are no different, hence why I have been dubbed the “bouji chick lady” by my adult children
but to me; it’s just about looking out for them honestly.
Hobbies you ask; well that would probably be the animals…. They demand most of my attention. But if I have any spare time; I like to re-do antique furniture…. That just doesn’t happen much. Between all the animal care; my “home duties” and helping hubby with his PT business plus church; my days are quite full, lol.
Sorry, but I couldn’t figure out how to get the sample questions on here for me to follow; so I’ve forgotten what else was asked; so IF someone wants to know something else, you’re welcome to ask what ever it may be….. but thanks for allowing me to join.
. This website has already been a lot of help in my on going search to try to do what’s best for my girls! I’m sure I’ll be back, lol.
