We pick eggs everyday and some may have a little dirt on them as we don't wash our eggs. I only ship on monday or tuesdays priority mail so eggs don't sit in the post office over the weekend. With shipping eggs once they leave our hands we can't garuntee your hatch rate due to USPS handling,different hatching techniques,etc.
