Bourbon Red Turkeys

Help please I'm new the the turkey raising and i bought a pair of Bourbon Reds and my hen laid 6 eggs since we got her and its been a week since i got a egg from her. I have had them for 3 weeks now. Is this normal or is there any way to increase her egg production. Thanks for the help

I am also kinda new to turkeys so maybe someone who is more aquainted with turkeys can help you better but sometimes a change in enviroment can upset the apple cart. By the way I think Bourbon Red are one of the top choices on my list. I also have affection for Beltsville Whites.
