I have a bourbon red hen and a black Spanish tom. I am wanting to mix them and the toms to eventually be red with the iridescent rainbow tips like the black Spanish. With careful breeding can I accomplish this? What is the best way to do this?

No.

Crossing a Bourbon Red with a Black turkey will yield all Rusty Blacks. (Really Black Spanish have not existed for a long time. The APA only recognizes the variety Black.)

Rusty Blacks from that pairing when crossed with each other will produce:

Barred Black
Black
Bourbon Red
Bronze
Jersey Buff
Jersey Buff Semi-
Red Bronze
Rusty Black
Semi- Jersey Buff
