Boy or Girl EE?

What are your thoughts on these two? One of them looks different than the other two I have. Is it a rooster (EE 1)? Never had Easter Eggers before. Of course they were sold to me as Ameraucanas. But after doing my little research I found that I must have EEs, am I right? But more importantly is EE 1 a boy?
