They are about 12 weeks old now.

I wasn't able to sex them that early so I would wait another month or two

I had ancona drakes, and when they were twelve weeks, they just had the beginnings of their curly tail feathers. Part the feathers by their tail and see if you see any new growth, they won't be openly visible yet.
