In my experience the bibs can take up to 8 weeks to show up. Vent feathers are a better indicator.

The one in question looks like it’s got a faint bib showing up. Plus it’s my understanding that some morphs don’t show a bib. I’ve got my first buttons now, they’re only 3 1/2 weeks, my blue face morphs have no sign of bibs, the red breasteds all have bibs starting to show.Thanks very much for the replies... So the second could be male even if it hasn't developed the bib? I was thinking it was a hen because when they were younger this one was completely identical to another (pic below) but he now has a very bright bib but this one's never appeared...
