Boys or girls? 8 week old Muscovy ducklings

Can you post pictures sometimes just the looks can tell male or female.

When young it can be hard to tell especially when you don't have another to compare to. But if your hearing trilling makes me think female. Get more pictures up in a few weeks .

Are you sure the duckling is 6 weeks? it looks younger more like 4 weeks?

Haha. I hatched him In my incubator. I’m sure 6 weeks today. This was the smallest out of 10 ducklings I hatched tho. Monkey hatched a full day before anyone else so I carried him around in my pocket for the day I got attached …. Why I kept him/her. This little duck is soooo personable tho. I love him!!

But this was taken last week! So he would have been 5 weeks. He has WAY MORE feathers now they’re turning a beautiful green on his wings and tail.

Ok ! I just went outside in the pouring rain to take some photos. It’s hard when they’re moving. (Monkey got a crooked neck 2 weeks after hatch. I treat with vitamins every day but it hasn’t resolved..). But he/she is a happy duck Drake or Hen?? 6 weeks today!

Aww poor baby what all are you giving him? it's not wry neck might be scoliosis.

When he walks are his legs close together almost like he is stepping on his own feet? Or are the legs wide apart under his body. Females look like they are going to step on their own feet, drakes legs sit farther apart.
