Boys or girls?

Hi, yesterday I got 5 japanese quails, they seem to be 2-3 weeks old. They're such a cuteness, so sweet and already love to be petted and to lay in my lap.
I'm not so very good with sexing quails, so I ask if someone can help me.
Then, another thing, is there a chance that they learn how to drink out of nipples? They were raised under heat lamp but learned very quickly to get under the heating plate. They are curious and peck at the nipple as I showed them, but they still have to get how to do it right. The waterer gets full of sharvings so quickly lol.

You can sex by looks at this age. Males have a reddish brown breast, while females have speckled.

Edit: The male looks Italien, they also get some red on their faces while the females get black.

for quail, it usually works only for coturnix, jumbo coturnix, italian, japanese, etc. For Celadon, tuxedo, lavender, etc. you have to vent sex or wait to hear them crow.
