Boys -- trying to impress the ladies. Girls -- get lost/who cares?

Is this normal turkey mating behavior? -- I am assuming it probably is.

The boys are doing everything they know of to impress -- namely, strutting, fanning out their tails, gobbling.

The hens are like "oh, are you there? I'm a lot more interested in this bit of kale or this piece of straw over here" -- they remind me of teenage girls who are totally ignoring the guys.

It's kind of funny to watch.

im having the exact opposite issue here, the girls are squatting at the slightest movement and the toms are not even interested lol
