I learned that a 3 week old brahma is better in 27 degree weather then a 6 week old cochin.. LOL

First off, we have 2 6 week olds that 1 is a cockeral and the other i cant quite tell, i can sex chickens!!

I didnt sleep with the turkeys cause I was so scared he would run off and freeze to death, their so fragile, hes only 5 days old!

I'm working on my oral interp hw! Gotta present a poem in front of the class, and it has to be 3-4minutes long, and written after 1920.... I can't find anything I like!!!

I wouldn't want to have any chickies in weather that cold! It got up to 84 degrees here in TN today!

yes, the 2 pullets (cochins) didnt seem too cold, the cockeral was cold, the other cockeral (frizzle so thought to be colder) was cold, and the brahma was jumping off the roost walking around!

Does your poetry have to be written by somebody well known? Maybe you should google chicken poetry, or something you can relate too. I like poetry, but I don't have anything on the top of my head that makes me think of you.

You dont want chickies in 27 degree weather? well this winter we had a NOT cold hardy chicken go through a -60 degree weather phaze

It has to be written and published (in an actual poetry book). And it has to follow a certain format, because oral interp is kinda like theater, I have to act out the poem with only facial expressions, hand movements, one step radius, certain kind of focus (depending on point-of-view the poem was written, ect ect... its complicated and not as fun as it sounds (i have a hard teacher!)
